Purpose<\/h1>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&amp;Cs) govern the contractual relationship between QUILLET SAS, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Seller\u201d, and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Buyer\u201d, wishing to make a purchase on the website of Librairie et Atelier Quillet.<\/p>\n<p>Any order implies full acceptance of these T&amp;Cs, which take precedence over any other document.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h1>2. Products<\/h1>\n<p>Librairie et Atelier Quillet offers vintage posters for sale. The photographs and descriptions displayed on the website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly regarding colors.<\/p>\n<p>Vintage posters are unique pieces or available in limited quantities. They may show signs of aging (folds, tears, stains) that contribute to their authenticity and are mentioned in the descriptions when significant.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h1>3. Order<\/h1>\n<p>The Buyer places an order online by following these steps :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selection of product(s)<\/li>\n<li>Cart validation<\/li>\n<li>Entry of delivery and billing information<\/li>\n<li>Choice of delivery method<\/li>\n<li>Choice of payment method<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of these T&amp;Cs<\/li>\n<li>Order confirmation and payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the order is validated and payment completed, a confirmation email is sent to the Buyer summarizing the order details.<\/p>\n<p>The sale will only be considered final once the Seller has effectively received payment.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h1>4. Price and Payment<\/h1>\n<h2>4.1 Price<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are indicated in euros (\u20ac), all taxes included (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the website on the date of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery fees are indicated before final order confirmation.<\/p>\n<h2>4.2 Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment is made online by secure bank card. Accepted cards include: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard.<\/p>\n<p>Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment data is encrypted using SSL protocol.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h1>5. Delivery<\/h1>\n<h2>5.1 Delivery Methods<\/h2>\n<p>Two delivery methods are available :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Home delivery with tracking parcel<\/li>\n<li>In-store pickup: at 7 chemin du corps de garde, 17111 Loix, \u00cele de R\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5.2 Deadlines<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery times indicated when ordering are provided for reference only. A delivery delay cannot result in cancellation of the order or compensation, except in cases exceeding 30 days.<\/p>\n<h2>5.3 Receipt<\/h2>\n<p>The Buyer must check the condition of the packaging upon receipt. In case of visible damage, the Buyer must refuse the parcel or note detailed reservations with the carrier.<\/p>\n<p>These reservations must be confirmed in writing to the carrier within 48 hours, with a copy sent to the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h1>6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>\n<p>In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<strong>To exercise this right :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Buyer must notify the decision by email or postal mail before expiry of the 14-day period.<\/p>\n<p>Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Return shipping costs are payable by the Buyer. Refund will occur within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as used for the order.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h1>7. Warranties<\/h1>\n<p>All products sold by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).<\/p>\n<p>In case of non-conformity, the Buyer may request repair or replacement, or failing that, reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h1>8.
